Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: A cancellation fee of $20 applies to all cancelled bookings.

Bookings cancelled 31 days or more before arrival date, will be refunded less the $20 cancellation fee. Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival, but no later than 24 hours prior will receive a refund (less cancellation fee) provided the site/unit can be re-let for entire duration of your booking. Cancellations less than 24 hours prior to arrival will not be refunded. No refunds given for early departures or late arrivals due to any reason including bad weather. No refunds for cancellations due to bad weather.  

All COVID-19 cancellations are subject to our standard cancellation policy.

Bookings made during sale periods are subject to the terms and conditions stated in the sale at the time.
